1. Delivery Times:

   • All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express.

   • Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the purchase date, depending on the delivery location.

   • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Confirmation:

   • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delays:

   • While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays) may cause minor delays.
